How does booking work?

Once you fill out my contact form, I will respond within 24-48 hours with more info on pricing options via email. After we figure out which package you’re interested in and what date + time works, I’ll send you an invoice with a deposit request as well as a contract to sign. As soon as the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your photoshoot will officially be on my calendar.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 50% of your package price + sales tax.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes! The deposit is refundable up until 48 hours from your shoot time. If you cancel less than 48 hours from the start time of your shoot, the deposit will not be refunded. If you do not show up for your shoot, the deposit will not be refunded.

What are my payment options?

All my invoices are sent through Square, which you can pay through directly with your debit/credit card or ACH bank transfer. This is the easiest method to use, but I’ll also accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or with cash. If paying in cash, however, the deposit must be paid through electronic payment - no exceptions.

Are there any additional fees I need to know about?

Not at all! But two things to keep in mind: sales tax will be added on top of the package price and if you’re booking a studio session, the cost of renting one will be added along with the cost to shoot.

When will my photos be delivered to me?

All galleries will be delivered within two weeks from the date of your shoot. If photos are needed before then, rush delivery is available for purchase (must be discussed and accepted by me beforehand).

How will my photos be delivered to me?

Photos will be delivered via a private online gallery, where you can download high resolution and web sized images, as well as purchase high quality prints. All galleries will be delivered through the email submitted in my contact form. If you’d like me to deliver the gallery to more than one email, please let me know - I’d be more than happy to!

What if I need to reschedule?

Don’t sweat it - life happens, people get sick, and emergencies can occur. Your deposit can be used to transfer to a new date one time. If you need to reschedule a 2nd time, there will be a $150 reschedule fee. If you need to cancel, notice is required 48 hours before your session time in order to receive your deposit back. Otherwise, your deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded.

Texas weather can be tricky, so if your shoot is outdoors and the weather is not looking too good (rain, tornado, ice, etc), I will personally reach out and we can figure out another date + time to shoot. This will not be counted as your one-time rescheduling.

How early should I reach out?

As soon as possible! Reaching out earlier guarantees more flexibility for choosing your shoot date, but also that you’ll get on my books. However, even if it’s last minute, please don’t hesitate to inquire! Someone could have cancelled or I could still have some spots open. Please keep in mind that I deliver all of my galleries two weeks from the shoot date at the very latest. So if you need your photos by a specific date, plan to book your shoot at least two weeks before (or sooner).

Can I bring someone?

Absolutely! It’s great to have a helping hand or someone there to share the experience with. Please keep in mind that if you want to include the person you’re bringing in the actual photos, even if it’s just for one, it will cost extra.
